The final DRIVE-AB conference is a high-level event aimed at  policy- and decision-makers from across the globe, as well as regulatory and public health experts and economists from institutions including the World Health Organization, the World Bank, the European Commission, and the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, among others.


The purpose of the event is to:

  1. Discuss the consortium’s final results and recommendations,
  2. Consider how recommended economic models can be implemented, and
  3. Engage with a wide variety of international stakeholders to improve understanding of the societal value of antibiotics and to identify stakeholders’ potential roles in the implementation of the consortium’s recommendations.


The final DRIVE-AB conference will take place on 5-6 September 2017 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Brussels.
